If you are looking for things to do in Worcestershire then the parish of Chaddesley Corbett is the right place to come! You may be looking for walks in Worcestershire, in which case you can pick up the Monarch’s Way, a long walk which will take you past the beautiful moated Harvington Hall or  maybe you prefer a woodland walk in which case you can follow paths for the Royal Hunters Forest Walks which you can pick up from Chaddesley Village.  Both of these activities are ideal for a day out with the kids.  Stop, pause and take in the surrounding nature : the bluebells are beautiful in the Springtime and if you listen carefully you can hear woodcock and chiffchaff

If you don’t fancy walking then strolling along Chaddesley Corbett main street has many points of interest from  historic buildings and places to gastro pubs. Just off the main street is the community orchard which is planted with over 100 types of local species.  It is ideal for a picnic, boasts a play area for children and  is a beautiful spot for some quiet contemplation.  Chaddesley Corbett parish offers a wonderful selection of gastro pubs including The Fox which is situation on the A448 between Kidderminster and Bromsgrove, The Robin Hood which can be found in Drayton, The Swan and The Talbot which can be found on Chaddesley Corbett Main Street. All these pubs offer the perfect blend of good ale, lager, wines and food to suit all palates and wallets.

Within the village but within the parish you will find everything from carp fishing through to historic places.  If you are looking for a free day out in Worcestershire than Chaddesley Corbett is, indeed, the place to visit.

In Saxon times Chaddesley was originally named Cad lea or the place of Chad.  In the Domesday Book our parish is referred to as Cedeslai.
